Wow I could take this word in many different directions. I think what I want to focus on right now though, is to RE-shape my body. I have felt really unhappy and uncomfortable with my body for several years now. I spent the majority of my life in GREAT shape because I made my living as an athlete. I was a dancer/ choreographer for the majority of my life since being a teen. Once I moved into the “producer” zone, I began spending the majority of my time at a desk. I went from dancing 6- 8 hours a day for YEARS, to sitting at a desk all day. I am terrible at working out, I made my living moving, so never needed the discipline of going to a gym to keep in shape. The nature of my job kept me in shape.
It’s been super hard to motivate myself, but I just NEED to do this. First and foremost for health reasons and secondly because I know I would just feel so much better about myself! I will need you all to keep me accountable. I am going to set a goal to get 10,000 steps a day and at least 30 active minutes! I’m going to post on my IG and Facebook and invite any of you who want to have a “REmote” walking buddy to join me. I’m hoping this, with a sensible diet will help me make the progress I’m hoping for. Ok here we go…who else is in? #thepowerofRE #keepingaccountable #strengthinnumbers #doingitwithfriendshelps
Put my headphones in and starting on my 10,000 steps! Join me!!!!!
I’m in on this with you.
Go girl. I’m with you!!
